Stage 1: Biblical Foundations will guide you into an understanding and appreciation of the foundational role of the Scriptures for a lifetime of growth and service. Understanding God’s mission as revealed in the Scriptures—that is, what is God up to in the world?—provides a backdrop from which to understand our full participation in God’s salvation story. We will pay attention to the critical importance of personal calling and growing character for participation in God’s mission. (Seven sessions)

Description

The Journey Modified Set is designed to be used as the second set for a couple, with the first set being a “Full Set” of The Journey, which includes the accompanying texts. This allows the couple to share the texts, but each have their own personal process materials. Each participant will need the process manual and A Mentoring Guide: Christ•Conversation•Companionship but can share The Walk. The Journey Stage 1 is the first stage of the three-stage Journey process.
